For me my triggers are:
1. military men
2. crowds
3. hotel/barracks rooms with shared bathrooms
4. higher ranking military men
5. being yelled at
6. being left alone with only men
7. being on a military ship
8. not having multiple exits
9. being on base
10. people touching me or being too close
& I have more that I just can't think of right now or that I haven't figured out just yet

hmmm...
Load noises
There is also a certain personality type
Being lied to
Really bright lights
Crowds
Being touched
Being surprised
Feeling cornered
Being manipulated or talked down to by anyone with authority (police/military)
